Ocean Dunes is located directly on the waterfront on Moody Beach, Maine. Our guests are able to walk directly from their units on to the three mile stretch of beach which was rated by Stephen Birnbaum in Travel News, August 1984 as one of the ten best beaches in the United States. You will be captivated by the soft white sand and blue surf.
Built in 1986, Ocean Dunes offers ten luxury efficiency units in the main building. These units will accomodate two to four people. Located in the adjoining raised ranch are two larger units which will accomodate two to six people. All units offer full housekeeping, quality tasteful decor, private decks and panoramic views of the ocean and/or tidal river basin.
There is a coin operated laundry within the facility and all units include cable TV and electric heat. Non smoking units are available. Accommodations vary by unit and maximum occupancies range from 2-6 per unit. Prices range from $560 to $2575 per week from early May through mid October and from $60 to $150 per night from mid October through April with two and three night minimum stays. All reservations subject to $15/$25 processing fee.
