| (35 Barefoot Cottage Lane # 101) This 2 bedroom, first floor condo is located at the top of Mile Road just one mile away from sandy Wells Beach. The unit is located directly across from the heated outdoor pool and condo office. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a bunkbed, (twin & full). There is a double sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully supplied including a dishwasher, microwave, keurig machine, and blender. There are 2 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, and wireless internet access. There is also an electric grill, washer and dryer, 2 air conditioners, and 3 beach chairs. The air conditioners are located in the bedrooms only. Fans are available for the rest of the condo. Renting this property will give you access to the outdoor pool, fitness area, and game room. You will need to register your car and sign condo rules & regulations when you arrive at the condo complex. They will give you the pool hours and other information you will need for your stay. The pool is to be used by tenants only no guests. A stroll away will bring you adventures such as miniature golf, a movie theater, a candy shop, and a day spa. The maximum number of people allowed at this property is 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. A security deposit of $250 is required as well as a cleaning fee. There are no pets or smoking allowed at this property. |
