One Full bath on the first floor and one 3/4 bath Shower only (No Tub). The Kitchen is equipped with a Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, and Coffee Pot. The living room is equipped with a Queen Sleep sofa, Color Cable (Basic), DVD Player, and Internet access. Gas grill and Patio Set. This house does have a one bedroom unit in the daylight basement. This location also has two cottages that are rented as well. Their is an Office on the back side of the house that is used by the owner. The Lawn and Beach is shared with all units.
