(227 Atlantic Avneue) This property is a beach cottage located on the Oceanfront side of Atlantic Avenue, Behind and Between two waterfront cottages. Beach access is one house away via the road and down the public way. On the main floor there is one double bed in the first bedroom and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. There are twin bunks beds on the lower level in a family room. One of the 3/4 baths shower (no tub) is on the main level and there is a second 3/4 bath shower (no tub) on the lower level. The cottage has color baxic cable with DVD player, Full kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, gas grill, and beach chairs. * NO HEAT * Parking for one car.
