There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed, one with two bunk beds (twin on top and double on the bottom), and another with a queen bed. There is a full bath on the second floor and a 3/4 bath on the first floor. The property has a full kitchen supplied with everything you need to eat and cook with as well as a dishwasher, microwave, blender, and regular coffee maker. There is a large combination dining/living area with TV with basic cable, internet access, an air conditioner (first floor only), and a stacked washer and dryer. Outside youll find a gas grill, picnic table, and a new patio (NO fires allowed on the patio). There is a 2 week minimum to rent this property. A maximum of 8 people are allowed at this property with parking for 4 vehicles. A security deposit of $500 is required. No pets or smoking are allowed at this property. |
