Three bedrooms located on the second floor with a king, queen, and double bed along with the full bath. Fourth bedroom loft located on the third floor containing 4 twin beds and 2 double beds. The house contains a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and fridge with ice maker. There is a gas BBQ grill, numerous ceiling fans, washer, dryer, patio set, and an outside shower with cold and hot water. No pets and no smoking allowed on property. Parking for 6 vehicles. 14 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. Security/Damage Deposit: $500
