| (437 Ocean Avenue) A large beachfront house located on private Moody beach. There are 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths between the 3 floors. The ground level, two bedroom apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The bed sizes in each of those bedrooms are both queens. There is also a full bath in the apartment. The main house has 4 other bedrooms all on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. There is a fully supplied kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The house has central hot air and mini-split ACs in 3 of the bedrooms and living room of the main house. There is cable TV, a DVD player, free unlimited phone service within the U.S. and Canada, wireless internet access, an open deck, gas grill, outside cold water shower, and a covered porch. A maximum of 14 people are allowed at this property with parking for 4 vehicles. A security deposit of $1,000 is required. No pets or smoking are allowed. There is a 2 week minimum to rent during the peak season. |
